Start with the audit
I look at how work moves through your business, from the enquiry arriving to the invoice going out, and find where it depends on somebody remembering. You fill in a short questionnaire, then we walk through it together, remotely. I go deep on up to three gaps.
Within 5 working days you get a report: the gaps that matter, ranked, and the first build I'd recommend, with a price against it. The fee comes off any build you go ahead with.
I build the thing that closes the gap, so the next step happens on its own. Fixed price, agreed before anything starts.

The Build and Support figures are typical examples, not quotes. Every business is different, so you get a firm price in your audit report, once I know what you actually need.

What it looks like in practice

What is the Engine Audit?

How much does it cost?
The Engine Audit is £500, and the fee comes off any build you go ahead with. Builds are typically £2,500 to £3,500, fixed price. Support is optional and typically £250 to £500 a month. Those two are typical examples, not quotes; you get a firm price in your audit report.
Is the audit on site?
No. The audit is remote.
